Since its grand opening in 2007, the Hazleton Health & Wellness Center has become the premiere outpatient facility in the area, one that fosters a culture of confidence, consideration, and caring—one individual at a time. The Hazleton Health & Wellness Center was developed as part of the Greater Hazleton Health Alliance which includes Hazleton General Hospital, Hazleton Health & Wellness Center and Alliance Medical Group.
The mission of the Hazleton Health & Wellness Center is to provide the community with a high quality, convenient, customer-focused outpatient center that assures an ongoing commitment to a healthier tomorrow.
The Hazleton Health & Wellness Center is a one-stop shop for all of your outpatient needs—from therapy and fitness to imaging, cardiology, travel health, and beyond. As the only hospital-based outpatient center in the area, it has the full resources of Hazleton General Hospital at its fingertips.
