Tai Chi at HHWC

The Hazleton Health & Wellness Center will offer Tai Chi from the Arthritis Foundation® starting February 21. The Level I class is taught by Mark R. Reinhart NMT, MMQ, one of the only instructors in Northeastern PA currently certified to teach the program by its creator, Dr. Paul Lam. Reinhart is the president of the National Qigong Association and has been actively involved in the Eastern martial and healing arts for fifty years.
