Community Health Library
The Community Health Library located at Hazleton General Hospital is the best place to receive answers to all your health-related questions. The Community Health Library is a comprehensive health information center for all members of the community, from childhood through adulthood and beyond. Located on the third floor of the Human Resources Building, it has more than 500 consumer health books, a large multi-media collection, Internet access, as well as pamphlets, newsletters, and magazines for all age groups.
There is a special children’s and young adult’s reading collection to address a variety of medical conditions, procedures, diseases, and healthy lifestyle topics. The Community Health Library is committed to educating the community about good health and preventive care in an effort to promote healthy living. Registering at the Community Health Library is free.
